Return Policy –
RUSHI ENTERPRISE extends an ‘Easy Return Policy’ to its customers, enabling them to initiate a return or exchange request within 7-8 days of receiving their product. Returns or exchanges are only applicable in cases of damaged, missing, or incorrect products. Please note that providing photos and videos of damaged goods is mandatory. Any return or replacement request must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
Here is how to proceed
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email/contact (treglowinternation@gmail.com/ Contact support Number – +91 91571 20293) within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Step 2: Provide your order ID details along with your request for return, replacement, or refund. Please attach an image of the product, the shipping box, or product videos along with the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: Our team will arrange for the pickup of the products within 2-4 business days. Refunds or replacements will be initiated once the products are received in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
- Upon receiving the product along with its packaging box, we will carefully inspect it before initiating the refund process.
Please note:
If a replacement is necessary, it will be subject to stock availability. Should a replacement not be available, the refund will be processed according to the invoice amount.
- The free gift is included as part of the item order and must be returned along with the originally delivered product.
- If you encounter one or more defective products in your order, please file a single complaint as the return or replacement will only be arranged once.
- Returns can be initiated at the item level. If you have ordered multiple items, you can request a return, replacement, or refund for each individual item. However, any product being returned must be returned in its entirety, including all components and any complimentary gifts or products that were included.
Returns will be declined under the following circumstances:
- Product damage due to misuse or overuse
- Use of opened or unsealed products
- Change of mind (e.g., not liking the product or deeming it unnecessary)
- Returns lacking original packaging, including shipping box, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged.
- Tampered serial number
- Defective products not covered under the Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
- Use or alteration of the product
- Initiation of the request after 48 hours of order delivery
- Free product provided by the brand
Products included in kits, sets, or combos are not eligible for individual returns or replacements. They will be replaced as a whole, only in cases of damage or defects.
All products listed in the Sale or Clearance Section are ineligible for returns or replacements unless the item is received damaged/defective or if a wrong product was sent.
Refund Policy:
Bee&beauty.in endeavours to process refunds within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receiving returned goods. For prepaid orders made through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount using the billing details provided by you or through UPI transfer. This process will be completed within 7-10 business hours upon receipt of the returned products and your bank details via email. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Kindly note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
